When the paid plans (Plus and Premium) launch, you will be able to start with a free 5-day trial. To activate the trial you need to add a card — this makes sure your subscription continues without interruption if you decide to stay, without you having to do anything later.

The Free plan always stays free, with no card and no time limit — the 5-day trial only applies to those who want to try Plus or Premium.

If you do not cancel within the 5-day trial, the first charge for your chosen plan is made automatically to the card on file as soon as the trial ends. After that, the charge repeats every month, always on the same date.

You can switch plans whenever you like — from Free to Plus or Premium, or from Plus to Premium. The upgrade takes effect as soon as you confirm it, and the new price applies from your next billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, directly in your account or by contacting us through support. After you cancel, you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access right away.

No. Since access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, we do not give prorated refunds for unused days — it works much like streaming services: you can cancel whenever you want, but what has already been paid is not refunded.

Not yet — today every subscription is made directly through the website. Native payment through the App Store and Google Play is on our radar as a next step, along with the launch of the Se Habla Mucho app for iOS and Android.

Keep in mind that when a purchase is made inside those stores, it is Apple or Google themselves who control the free trial, billing, and cancellation — not us directly. As soon as this option is available, we will update this page with all the details.

Every time you confirm a level in the Level confirmation test, a pop-up appears right away with a 20% discount coupon for your next month of the Plus or Premium plan — it is our way of celebrating your progress.

The code appears in the pop-up itself (something like SHM-B1-20). Copy the code and, when you subscribe to Plus or Premium, enter it in the coupon field — just like you would in any online store.

No. The Se Habla Mucho level diploma recognizes your progress within the platform, but it is not an official certification. The diploma that counts officially — including for Spanish citizenship — is the DELE, issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of Spain's Ministry of Education.

The DELE A2 is currently the minimum Spanish level required by Spain for anyone seeking citizenship by residence — and Brazilians are not exempt. In practice there are two exams: the DELE A2 language exam and the CCSE civic knowledge test (25 questions, you need 60% correct), valid for 4 years.
